Historia
Steve Kudlow y Robb Reiner a los 14 años hicieron el pacto de permanecer juntos para siempre en la misma banda de rock. El grupo Anvil se convirtió en un faro para el heavy-metal canadiense, e influenció a esa generación que incluye a Guns’n Roses, Metallica, Slayer y Anthrax. Pese a eso, nunca lograron éxito fuera de su país.
La Historia de Anvil remonta al año 1973 en Toronto, Canadá cuando Steve Kudlow y Robb Reiner empiezan a tocar música juntos, pero no fue hasta 1978 cuando se completó la primera formación de la banda: Steve Lips Kudlow (voz, guitarra principal), Robb Reiner (percusión), Dave Allison (voz, guitarra rítmica) e Ian Dickson (bajo). Juntos se dieron a conocer como LIPS, a pesar de todos los cambios en la banda Steve y Robb siguenen la actualidad luchando y disfrutando lo que mas les gusta hacer.
Que mas se puede colocar aca que no se encuentre en la WEB, simplemente una banda que me sorprendio, tanto en lo musical como en lo cotidiano, si bien no son unos genios... en sus primeros discos se nota lejos la gran influencia que tuvieron en varias bandas de metal.
Metaleros de corazon, sin dudar alguna Steve Kudlow y Robb Reiner son un claro ejemplo a seguir. Metal is Forever!!! m/.
